These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ContentCal website and platform (the “Service”), provided by ContentCal Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
ContentCal provides content planning, approval workflows, scheduling, reporting, and related AI-assisted tools for teams and agencies. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights to it.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., social networks, email, and AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ContentCal Inc. and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentCal Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentCal Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts located in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
